Very high annual fees for credit cards. They do vary from $59 - $350. Credit cards interest varies from 12% to 22%. With zip if you maximised your $1000 and always had a balance at every month, then you would pay a maximum of $8/month. Over 12 months this $96 in charges is way less expensive than using a credit card.
