Affirm should just beat Zip in buying Laybuy and become the 3rd largest BNPL in the UK overnight. Laybuy is worth around $120M right now. It's peanuts to Affirm and then they can use all their knowhow and recourses to run Laybuy the same way they do in the rest of the world. It also speeds ups Affirm's reach into Aus/NZ as Laybuy also has 40% of the NZ market. Australian expansion should be way easier after that. Do it Max
