Jeez surely you can out two and two together...the share price has dine nothing but go down since the notes were issued.
The board themselves said the shorting was connected with the convertible notes.
All rallies are sold into.
Instead of trying to pick fights with other posters why not spend more time educating yourself and maybe next time you will not sit like a rabbit in the headlights and watch your investment more than half in value
