The market does not care about that.
It cares about that Zip is heamorraging money in multiple territories and needs more cash to fund the growth.
It cares that LD is posting begging letters on LinkedIn looking for some random to open doors to USA finance after spending ten weeks there himself.
It cares about the balance sheet being horrible and there is unlikely to be any investors or lenders unless at a heavily discounted rate.
