It's the fact Peter lied to shareholders at the investor relations presentation.
I believe there is a case against them because the share price continued to fall outside of market/sector norms once the date started closing in on the timeframe he gave us for big US retail partnership announcements coming about. In my opinion it dropped because of a lack of fulfillment regarding this big promise.
Then he did a total 180 at the AGM and acted like he forgot about it completely and we lost even more share price for that.
Obviously the market over the last couple days has played it's part. However that's not really what I'm talking about.
