It appears to me the only people using BNPL are extremely smart people like yourself who know how to work the system and which are loss making to Zip and on the other end of the scale extremely dumb people who are paying platform/convenience fees many multiples of the APR payable on credit cards.
Eventually you run out of dumb people.
