I remember back in the 20th century that certain brands would venture into specific desirable sports cars and create special limited release models:

So, hmm, the exotic and sports car makers are all moving toward electric vehicles and it's looking like there'll be an electric racing series coming in a few years.

How about entering into a discussion with Alfa Romeo to release a very limited edition run of 20 vehicles branded as 'Zipster'- Racing editions of Alfa's soon to be released electric sports car?
Yeah, they're for the rich to buy from Alfa dealers- all Zip would do is pay to brand 20 cars, designed specifically for track use.

So, the hot new electric Alfa Giulia would have a special track release car, which is branded as a Zip limited edition sports car.

1) Would elevate the brand because of it being an exclusive limited edition track car.
2) We don't have to sell it or even build it- let Alfa do all that. All Zip is doing is paying a fee to brand a limited edition vehicle.
3) Zip makes this desirable race car a part of its branding.
4) I reckon for around $22mn Zip could get around $60mn of free advertising as the car magazines lap up the limited edition.

Hmm, we want Zip to be desirable- it has to be the premier BNPL, not the also ran kissing paypal's ars_ .

You need to make Zip the product that all aspire to.
