7M at 1c (1st warrant, commercial agreement met)
15M at $100 (2nd warrant, 1st warrant exercised, terms of agreement involve unique Amazon users using affirm)
2nd tranche of warrants has a ‘vesting period’ attached. Vesting periods entice long term relationships and performance between parties so that’s why they do it this way. 2nd tranche looks to have to meet a certain amount of unique Amazon users that would use affirm.
Affirm and Shopify also did it in 2020. Shopify got AFRM warrants. 20m for 1c.
I may be wrong with my numbers* and cbf going to check how many unique users are required and the dates. But they’re in the terms somewhere haha.
