A great deal based on 12 mil revenue - potentially could have been bought for near $500 mil. Lucky Zip locked the deal in December last year. It has opened a door to access to the world's second largest e-commerce market. I'm sure this 12 million has grown since they last reported, which will now be deposited into Zips bank. Let's not forget the transition of Quadpay from $400 mil buy to 2.5bil valuation in less than 12 months. Looking forward to updates on these new regions.
