Just remember share price is not always indicative of company performance. A few catalysts have enabled retailers to run for the doors, the general sentiment is low across the board for BNPL. Interest rate and inflation risk is the talk of the town. Great that's out of the way, what are some positive catalysts to come?

Results from the increased uptake of the physical card issue with the help of Webbank. A lot of places in the US don't do apple pay or whatever and require a physical card. With tap anywhere the physical card can increase customer adoption across numerous stores. Only issue is convenience fee of $4 BUT as the name says it is for the convenience of being able to use credit everywhere for those under 21 years of age that can't apply for credit or those older that don't want a credit card and just need a card for those one off expenses.

The inclusion of credit builder to help those younger uses build credit for the mortgages or for the student loans. A great feature to help offset the confusion whether using zip will negatively effect their credit score.

The biggest being cashback rewards, this is targeted at those that are savvy with their money and want to maximize their savings. Once this launches the uptake will be accelerated. Take a look at the $1000 giveaways on their Instagram stories, the followers has been increasing significantly since they began. It works and spreads awareness so does cashback rewards for buying things you already wanted to buy.

Don't get caught up in all the negativity in this forum, it's hard not to when it is shoved down your throat but just remember zip isn't just getting new customers to drive their growth 85% of the TTV comes from existing customers. Meaning they actually find Zip useful enough to use again and again.

Interest rates are going to go up but Zip has secured loan facilities at a low interest rate in both the US and AUS. This rate is continually decreasing as the company risk decreases and the loan repayment time recycles faster. They were still operating at a 9.6% interest rate 5 years ago and that's only decreased. Even if the interest rate increases slightly Zip will still operate well at their 7% margins comparative to others around 3-4%.

Keep the facts in mind and don't let the share price and negativity around that restrict your view.
