6) when asked about Nasdaq, confirmed it was purely to help zip market their new brand as the Nasdaq and Zip have partnerships on some things but it wasn't to do with a listing. When asked if that was something he was looking into he emphasized that it is "REAL consideration". access to US capital, Us investors but the downside risk is increased reporting and the costs associated with that.
7) Their cost of capital still has upwards of 1% to become more efficient which will happen over time as they recycle faster and show they are more efficient. This if secured offsets the risks associated to interest rate increases.
8) High inflation environment can work in zips favour, people still want to buy items BNPL facilitates that. Equally, not everyone will think like that and will decrease spending. Groceries and necessary items however have grown to be the 4th largest spend category for zip...
9) when asked about Larry's trip he found it funny that a global CEO can't visit the business and get it running without it looking like something more. They are always talking to buy side investors and he said they are more interested in partnerships, how the two can form strategic partnerships to grow the company.

The chat was more promising than the BS you hear on here. Trust the fundamentals and don't check if you can't stomach the red. EVERYTHING they said they were doing is being worked on. It can't happen overnight they have lots of external forces against them still. Covid, regulation, media and every C on this forum.

thanks for your effort mate this is far more informative than anything else I've read so far, it's obvious they want a US listing and know far more about it than any of us do, which is why they haven't done it just yet.

they've put in place measures to tackle interest rate rises which also another major take away
