The 7 percent revenue is achieved by gouging customers an annualized 100 percent on a platform/convenience fee that they don't know about till they read the FAQ which no one reads.
.Once that is removed either by regulation, class action or customer rejection margins will fall off a cliff.
They are losing 100s of millions even with this rort imagine how much they lose when this is removed.
