You haven't lost if you haven't sold. Hold tight, and switch off. Half the stuff APT does was invented by Z1P. I wouldn't be stressing, just turn off, wait for the correction in global markets (which will be savage) then it will all probably bubble back up again. Don't feel stupid. Zoom out, relax.
