If it's taking $6k-12k from Zip itself, and you post it on this forum and potential expose Zip to hundreds of thousands in losses. Then I'm sure someone higher up than just the Zipcare team will be interested to know.
If it's a loophole that I believe could be closed, then I'll do my best to speak to whoever I have to so that it's done.
Maybe they won't take it on board and make changes unless they see a spike in the usage of the feature that causes them these loses.
Either way, if you post it, you're then taking the risk of the loophole being closed. Up to you what to do.
