Diane Smith-Gander is a dinosaur and this late stage in her career and is more worried about about being a "gender equality advocate" hosting podcasts than than she is in chairing a company that she has no invested interest in. She clearly has a hidden agenda and the AFR are being too kind, in there words implying her timing was accidental. IMO she has allowed the wolfs to come in be it negligently or with intent to devour this company .
She must go .. its simple as that .... Peter and Larry need to grow up and let the mother figure go
