I hear you. However I do keep track of the app rankings and reviews in the US. The trend I am noticing is more and more Americans posting 5 stars with significant majority having positive feedback. They love the pay anywhere feature which is a stand out from the peers.
Crazy to think we've only hit 5.5 million US customers out of an approx 330 mil population. Long way to go. Just getting started.
