The brilliant thing about BNPL is the payments are so tiny that bad debts become noticable very quickly.
If someone BNPL $100 and doesn't pay your downside is limited to $100 and then they are banned. It sorts people out very quickly.
In comparison to having someone sitting in an office processing credit card applications it probably costs about the same.
