There was quite a debate there on delinquencies and margins and so on... I'm not sure if it has been discussed before, but the Zip Master Trust documentation is an interesting source on the use and payment patterns of Zip customers, at least for those in Aus/NZ. The analysis by S&P is really aimed at ABS investors, but is also contains much more information on how the Zip Pay and Zip Money products have been used by Zip's customers. Take a look at a google search for "zip master trust series 2021-2" and open the pdf link. It is quite dense, but it quantifies some things that have been discussed/speculated about further up in the thread.
