The SQ takeover of Apt was simply to deflect from their own financial results evidencing dramatically slowing growth.

SQ was reading between $55 and $80 before Covid inspired parabolic run so took the opportunity to purchase Afterpay overvalued stock with their own overvalued stock.

Like all Covid inspired stocks they will return to their pre Covid prices which will value APT at $25-30.

i would not be surprised to see the APT deal collapse.

Anyone buying Zip would have to factor an additional $2 billion of funding on top of the Market Cap.

I very much doubt anyone would take them over unless it's a bargain basement price of 50 cents
