I have based my investment on the replication of the aus business overseas. They had the ability to make it happen here so why not overseas?
the big sp drop is probably a good wake up call on the acquisition front and should increase cost discipline as they have to go market for capital eventually.
Merchants is key for oseas. They smashed it here in Aus and there integration tech is obviously pretty good. They just need US ceo and staff to get more quality merchants on board.
I believe quadpay probably had a lot of rubbish clients and bad debtors to clean up. Maybe that’s why it’s slowed up a bit.
