You really are deluded.
The ongoing investigation in the USA is likely to either
a) Order Zip to stop charging a platform fee wiping out $100 million of annual income with no cost savings.
B) Order Zip to make it crystal clear on their home page and in the App that they will charge a platform fee and highlight the equivalent APR on various value purchases demonstrating it's much more expensive than credit cards encouraging mass migration to other platforms .
