For us long suffering holders what do we believe zip to be actually worth, maybe $6 at least? With the tech and potential.
So Sezzle based on popularity and market share should be worth around $4 or maybe that’s cheap (if you believe oversold based on nasdaq correction).
combined 14-17m customers, some cost out and synergy, new merchants and a pending nasdaq listing.
My concern here is do they do the capital raising at the same time. will be really cheap.
Or maybe they can sell the combined business and get a premium cap raise with bigger market share and scale.
