lol can't help but think you're a little biased on this one....
SZL have a different payment setup with their merchants... I wonder how many will stay on board if they revert to Zips model$1B dilution or there abouts.... I really don't like it.
I sincerely hope its just a rumour.
As @speculator1 pointed out, there will also need to be a CR soon on top of the dilution. Don't want to think about where the sp will land after this tech / growth sell-off
