    Please meet the board who failed to take deceive action when the Government announced an Investigation into the BNPL space.ZIP Co as a market leader have failed to deliver any white paper or put forward any presentations as to why the BNPL space is beneficial to free market economy, enhances competion and delivers choice to the consumers.

    Meet the board’ ChairpersonDiane Smith-Gander who on the 2nd of February will be celebrating One year at ZIP. Since her inception, the share price has fallen 80%. Furthermore, what’s even more alarming, even at these low prices, Diane Smith-Gander has as not acquired any shares other than those that were given to her as part of her starting salary.

    Meet the board directors who have now done two promotional tours in the united states and failed to acquire any genuine long term investor

    Meet the board, who in my opinion are nothing more than complicit and incompetent, who have engaged in and allowed the short activity to prosper through the inaction and misleading statements of future prosperity and growth whilst knowing that regulatory environments around them is imploding.
