Want to know something crazy? A few months ago I spoke personally with a senior broker from Shaw & Partners (won’t mention name) who advised me that they didn’t agree with Zip’s $16+ price target placed by Shaw & Partners and thought the real value was about $6.
I was gobsmacked at the time and couldn’t believe a senior broker working for Shaw & Partners was going against the price target placed by their own business.
It further highlighted to me that broker targets cannot be taken seriously.
