it will be interesting if they need to raise again, how they do it.
the next raise would have to come at significant dilution, to give enough incentive and risk reward for the funder.
it will also increase their common interest to ensure success. The issue is, who is that funder / investor?
this is why APT were the real race horse - bringing in tiger and then tencent. Dilution becomes moot when such value is created to holders
