this would have been a solid point which I’d generally agree, but due to the underwhelming growth numbers verses the huge cash injection for the rebrand and US push, they couldn’t afford to pay twisto and spotti with cash, and ended up diluting holders anyway. They paid no cash, only shares.
holders ended up getting belted both ways
