maybe a European investor or Asian investor who wants a piece of a BNPL.

I can’t see it being US, particularly given all that’s going on over there. I doubt A US investor or company would take a large slice without huge incentives so more likely anyone who considers buying in for 10-15%, may as well go for the entire company

the flip side is they may come at significant dilution to take a large slice, to see if they can turn the ship around and turn a profit at some stage before increasing ownership or a full take over.

many conversations would be happening at board level around cap raising, expansion, take overs, joint ventures, acquisitions and so forth.

it would be nice for holders and prospective holders to hear their high level plan
