I agree 100% - The confirmed talks regarding a Sezzle merger clearly demonstrates Zip’s management it totally out of touch. It makes no sense to be merging with Sezzle given the overlap with geographic coverage. Total madness.
I mean this is the same management that lacks any investor relations skills and does more fantasy talk than actually deliver on what they say they are going to do.
I just hate o see members on this forum lose money to what now looks like a total fad - The giveaway was when that buffoon Larry sold $13 million worth of Zip shares at $9+ for the good old ‘tax obligation’ excuse.
Don’t tax obligations occur when you generally sell assets? What assets did Larry sell that required $13 million?
