It will be very interesting to see how the AUS and international economies progress this year.
I have been WFH for the past two years and have saved a fortune in petrol, tolls, parking, coffee & lunches.
I think it is only a matter of time before the bigs boys say. "Time to get back to the office, if you dont like it GTFO".
House prices are insane, Petrol is almost $2, cost of groceries seem to go up week on week, image when everyone has to go back to the office.
And dont forget the impending Interest Rises!.
It will certainly be an interesting year ahead..
In hindsight should have invested in property instead of Z1P, would be up over 30% instead of being down over 50%.
It will be very interesting to see how the AUS and international...
