UBS decided to downgrade z1p to a sell the day after the NASDAQ was up 400 plus points. Funding issues， receivables? They said APT was flying, ready to set up in Italy, France and Spain while ZIP made some crap deals in eastern Europe and the United Arab Emirates. Zip should respond before some other group like Macquarie or Goldman Sachs jump on the bandwagon.
