Exactly mate ! i know guys who have 60k + a week in wages ,and to carry that for 3 months ... then they have to fight for their money .. then the builder tries and penalises then for faults or lost time that really was out of their control anyway .. Its a different game now and someone's word means nothing anymore. Got to have that paper trail to play that game and big money behind you
