An honest question which I have struggled to get an answer for. How will zip ever be profitable? All the figures are sales and customers but I am interested in the old ways of 8nvesting in the hope of receiving a profit on my investment. What line on the income statement needs to change to turn this company from a loss making one to a profitable one. Any clues?
