Upon de-listing notice pretty much screwed to try and offload, if you haven't offloaded before a De-listing notice you're probably apart of the prayer group and will pray they get re-listed. You can sell OTC I believe after de-listing as you still own stock in the company, but not 100% sure how this plays out
