XRP would be amongst the scammiest' of crypto options available. They pay for news, then dump millions of USD worth of the coin every two weeks. Brad is one of the richest people in the world - as a result of the 'big partnerships' that never happened. They got busted paying cross-border currency companies to pretend they had big deals and testing. Very embarrassing.
Basically XRP will pay any company so they can release 'big news' to dump their coins on the market. There's a reason the SEC is chasing them so vigorously.
Come to think of it - this might be the perfect collaboration of dodgy scams.
