discretionary stocks are oversold atm. Their fundamentals are horrible considering growth declined sharply and most of these companies are cash flow negative now e.g Kgn, amazon, CTT, TPW but I don’t think these rsi can stay this low. Might worth a short term positions in some of these. CTT is 12 days consecutive down and there is 40% upside on that stock till 70c
have a look at tech stock AMS yesterday, company is profitable & MC is 67 million now while revenue is 85 million. Market sold it off 50% on Friday...Covid low was 24c...I am taking of taking a position on AMS at about 24c level
