5-6 weeks ago Peter Grey argued that Z1p should be trading around $28 based on Afterpay's SP (around $140 at the time). I supported him at the time and honestly believed we were going to $20. A couple of issues are holding Z1p back (beyond short-selling): shareholder dillution (Z1p has twice as many shares outstanding as APT) and Z1p has yet to show a clear path to profitability. I bailed recently with what profits I could. I'm still a big supporter of Z1p, but there are some factors that are out of their control, like increases in bond yields, that are creating significant headwinds. I think Z1p will drop back as low as $5-6 and at that price I'll buy back in and hold.
