Totally agree, There are way fewer willing to sell, well at the sub 14 anyway. All the accumulation over the last few months leaves fewer and fewer week hands as the days go by. We have definitely ridden out the worst of it for now. Confidence coming back and with that will be stability and some more serious buyers jumping in.
