Yes - your point about take up / acceptance has been slower to the market experience in ANZ - no question but there is abundant information that points to an increasing rate of adoption in U.S. I guess we will find out in the not too distant future. The people running these businesses are reporting same.
Your comment about millennials is a broad statement that underestimates their love of all things digital. How about you question the relevance of “dumb bankers” and not categorise a tech savvy demographic as “dumb millennials”.
