hopefully. as Dow is down due to the lower dollar on the back of inflation news(or lack there of), impacting commodities and subsequently impacting the Dow and larger markets, tech stocks (which include fin techs) should hold up ok, reasonably flat like nasdaq.
I think we will have some green, just depends on futures later afternoon.
