Yep, borders just mean locals spend locally. Not so good for tourism spending but, bored people stuck at home usually find ways to spend on things to relieve their boredom- remember the queues at Bunnings last year?
What isn't so good about this pandemic are the shelves/warehouses not getting restocked... odd things like national lego shortage and now a national guns and ammo shortage.
Wanted to buy an Uberti lever action rifle using zip but alas, no Ubertis in Australia and at least a 9 month wait now.
