Yep, in agreement on IOU.
There's no way the chaebol in South Korea will let an upstart enter their credit card market. The chaebol are a handful of corporations over there that control 80% of the entire economy.
They want people living in perpetual credit card debt so that they can essentially milk them until death.
If the chaebol (Hyundai, Samsung, LG, SK, Lotte) see IOU gaining ground, they will pressure their parliament to ban BNPL or, they will simply create their own BNPL's and use vastly more resources on hand to out-market IOU.
IOU seems to be gambling on a magical take over that acquires them but, it won't happen as they don't have a thing to offer.
They are a bubble company- not an innovator/leader. Gonna be burnt hands there.
