Twisto is a minority but I read a report that zip was the main contributor to the latest round. Zip has thrown a bait and now Twisto will need funds for growth and zip will pick up the residue every time to increase its holding. Further in some interview the Twisto guy mentioned they are not going to UK and Germany as there is plenty of opportunity in EE, may be Zip had put the condition for the investment.
