100% correct on this as I have been watching it since open this morning.
As soon as we go for a run past $8.30 we get pushed back down to 8.29/8.30.
I have a feeling they are keeping it down to accumulate more. There is only so much you can stuff inside a bottle before the top blows. The run may very well be a big one once we break through.
