I think many don’t understand the reality in U.S with Quadpay. Unit economics are rising and should continue. Some takeaways from broker commentary after last Quarterly bear some reflection. They also warrant attention to future catalysts. Some of the items were:

1. UNIT MARGINS. From last result, all operating segments grew strongly, “ahead of expectation”. ANZ revenues up 43% YoY with USA revenues up 207% YoY.
2. QUADPAY MARGINS. RE-RATING: Cash GP margins surprised to the upside. Well ahead of comparative APT margins. Slide 11 of the Investor Presentation, at that reporting time, ‘blended Group revenue yields have risen +56% in six months and capital efficiency has doubled’. Further Quad revenues likely doing greater than 50% of overall group revenues.
3. QUAD GROWTH. Re Quad customer and volume growth - “ to put this into context this is half of AFRM current run rate, which has a market cap of US$26Bn. Quad alone could be worth $10Bn in 12 months.
4. OTHER COMMENTS. ZIP is creating a vastly different ecosystem to peers. Adoption rising materially with U.S TV (transaction volume) now at 85% returning customers & average spend up 50% YoY.
