hey guys, I got a question for people who use zip money..
so I got a transaction that's been on pending for a couple months now.. Its around 2 grand..
i called zip they said the merchant probably hasn't fully processed the payment yet, so I gave the merchant a call but they said everything is good on their end and the payment has gone through no problem..
now I cant pay for that transaction because zip doesn't allow me to pay above what i owe (which is the approved ones). im not incredibly worried because the interest free period doesn't start until the "pending" status has been removed.. should i just wait maybe its just taking a while? or give zip a call again?.. i mean im not complaining, i got 2 extra months of interest free period.. lol
