ASX200 doesn't seem to agree with your sentiment here. There's no distinct pattern of dropping off after Feb that I can identify. Some years surge until April, others until July.
Though I have to admit - the over-enthusiasm whilst good, creeps me out a little. The talk of buying yachts and retiring straight away reminds me of the 2017 crypto boom. I know this has nothing to do with it, but it spooks me a little.
