There is a significant benefit of vaccine and yes it has short term side effects which can last for couple of days. there could also be a few deaths due to reactions but you can’t deny that with vaccine the symptoms are less severe and it helps the body immunity to fight covid.
surely virus has variants and vaccine is not equipped to tackle all variants at the stage but scientists are still learning!
