hey mate,I think you'd be wrong in assuming that BNPL will fair worse in an unstable market place, yes the stock price will be volatile as other factors come into play in deciding the market price of said stock. now in regard to individuals on Centrelink's jobkeeper/seeker who are now seeing there income reduced, they may find it easier/cheaper/better to leverage the BNPL space compared to what they used to have to do i.e cash converter loans and payday lender's who charge 50%-100% interest p.a + fee's



as you can see in graph 4 the payday lending space never really dropped in turnover in 2008 and continued to grow. I think its fairly obvious that this sector with it overcharged fee's structure and interest rates has lost a lot of its customer base.
