Macquarie's analyst today downgraded CHN SP from $9.90 to $9.70 on the basis of changing metal prices but added:
"CHN is one of our key picks within our entire coverage universe. The Gonneville discovery at Julimar is still being defined, with ongoing drilling results offering potential positive catalysts in the near term. Securing access to the State Forest could enable CHN to define belt scale potential at Julimar, which remains upside risk to our base case."
